If You Can’t Sign In

If you’ve lost access to your account, email support@bikersdreammusic.app from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

• Your profile: name, bio, photo, location, and riding details
• Your garage: the bikes you added and their photos
• Songs you uploaded
• Marketplace listings, events, and business listings you created
• Rider groups you created, your memberships in other groups, and your group posts
• Your conversations, and the messages, photos, and voice notes you sent
• Your RSVPs, follows, likes, favorites, blocked-user list, and notifications
• Your password, and every device you’re signed in on

What Is Kept

• Business listings you claimed but didn’t create. These stay published so another owner can claim them. Your name and your connection to the listing are removed.
• Information we’re required to keep. We may keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it, or where we need it to prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, or enforce our Terms. We delete it as soon as it’s no longer needed for that purpose.
• Backup copies. Deleted information may remain in our routine system backups for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently overwritten.
